Had a wonderful time with most of our family. Papa, Haley and Kevin enjoyed teaching Gus to ski. Jerod and I joined in when we could. Jen and Soren tried to adjust to a different location. Lucas ran into a friend from a previous year, and skied until the lifts closed. Hoping Carrie and family will eventually be able to join us some year soon.
Kim, you said that you want to begin a string quilt for a wedding quilt gift? I use the good parts of clean but worn out bed sheets cut up as foundations instead of paper. I cut them into 10½" squares, but you can do any size you need.I've used thin muslin, too.
